Big Tummy

Let's check out the "Queen of Scrabble / Sandwhich" with our future "Princess of Scrabble" in her tummy. Posted by Picasa

Amy's in her 30th week now!

Note:
We've decided to start playing Scrabble (our favourite board game) with Kristen at a young age, and I've estimated that she'll beat us by the age of 5. Let's see how it'll go... so for now Amy is still the Queen of Scrabble as I've lost my throne to her long ago.

On another note, Amy have been making really tasty sandwhiches for us to bring to work and in return I crowned her the Queen of Sandwhich.

Nice stroller!

Here's a picture of the stroller we bought yesterday. Is it cool or not?

I had so much fun setting it up, and both Amy and I wished we could be babies and sit in it for a nice ride!

We didn't know much about baby gears, but this stroller seemed to fit our needs well, as it can also serve as a car seat. It's one of these "convertible" models which are quite popular these days.

The most exciting thing coming up!

In case you don't know yet. Amy and I are expecting our first child scheduled to arrive in April 2006. This is one of the big reason why I suddenly feel the need to start blogging so people can share the news.

We've figured out the name of the kid. It's supposed to be a baby girl, so we're naming her:

English name : Kristen Chow
Chinese name :

There's a special formula for how each kid in my (parent's) family is named, I followed that rule and it seems to work pretty well. The rule is to pick an English name first that you like, and then try to translate it into Cantonese. The rule says it has to somehow rhymes with the phonetics.

I found some nice resource on the web that will help me just do that.

just need to post a picture!

Figured I have to post a picture of myself so I can have a picture in the profiles.

Starting to blog!

I've decided to "catch the wave" and start blogging about what's happening to Amy and I so friends and family can catch up with the action.
